Can you replicate another design?
We recommend initiating the inquiry process four to six months prior to your event. Because we only accept three commissions per weekend, peak season dates fill rapidly.
We do not replicate other artists' work or create fondant novelty cakes. Every commission is an original, sculptural buttercream design inspired by your venue and atmosphere.
Do you offer tastings?
Do you deliver outside New York?
Yes. Once we confirm availability for your date and establish an initial design direction, we arrange an editorial tasting box featuring our seasonal botanical flavor profiles.
We personally transport and assemble all multi-tiered sculptures on-site. We serve the greater New York metropolitan area, with long-distance transport available by special arrangement.
